Cancellation And Refund Policy

Monthly Billing

Akiyas Invest membership is billed monthly through Stripe unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Access is linked to the email used for the member account and Stripe subscription.

Cancellation

Members can request cancellation by contacting hello@akiyasinvest.com. Stripe self-service cancellation may also be added or enabled.

After cancellation, access normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds

Because membership provides immediate access to private digital research, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once access has been activated.

If there is a duplicate payment, technical access problem, or billing mistake, contact hello@akiyasinvest.com and the case will be reviewed.

Property Availability

Refunds are not provided because a specific property becomes unavailable, changes price, is removed, or is no longer suitable. The membership is access to research and database updates, not a guarantee of any single property.
